General Introduction
10ok is an online gaming and betting platform that provides users in Bangladesh with various types of sports betting, casino games and live dealer experiences. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 10ok website, application and all related services.

Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the 10ok platform. "For those aged 21 and above only" — this rule is strictly enforced. We may request a government-issued ID, birth registration certificate or other documents at any time for age verification purposes.
2.2 Registration Process
Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. The required information includes:
- Full legal name (as per national identity card)
- Date of birth
- Active mobile number
- Email address (if applicable)
- Preferred payment method
2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all such accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be forfeited. Attempts to create multiple accounts using the same IP address, device or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts.
2.4 Verification
10ok reserves the right to verify identity at any time under its KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Account Management
3.1 Login Security
The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) confidential. Sharing or disclosing login details to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our live chat support immediately.
3.2 Updating Account Information
If your personal details change (mobile number, payment method, etc.), please update your account profile or inform us via live chat. 10ok will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.
3.3 Account Inactivity
If an account has no activity for 12 (twelve) months or more, it will be marked as "inactive". A small monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, of which prior notice will be given. 10ok will notify the user before the account balance reaches zero.
3.4 Voluntary Account Closure

Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (original deposit + bonus).

4.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering conditions before they can be withdrawn. The contribution of sports bets and casino games towards wagering calculations may differ — full details are available on the promotions page.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or risk-free bonus harvesting through betting patterns is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
4.4 Other Promotions

Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Funds can be deposited on the 10ok platform via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Before making a withdrawal request, please ensure your account is fully verified and there are no active wagering conditions.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).
- Bank transfers may take longer in some cases.
- The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete.
5.3 Payment Verification
For security reasons, 10ok may follow additional verification steps for large withdrawals. This may include requesting an identity document, proof of ownership of the payment method or other documents.
5.4 Currency and Tax
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for any tax obligations relating to their winnings or transactions. 10ok does not provide tax advice.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform's "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" feature is available under specific conditions. If bet processing is disrupted due to an internet disconnection, the server log will be considered final.
6.2 Technical Errors
10ok reserves the right to void bets arising from incorrect odds or payouts displayed as a result of software errors, display bugs or technical issues. In such cases, only the original bet amount will be refunded.
6.3 Sports Betting
Specific rules relating to sports betting (such as event cancellations, result disputes and parlay conditions) apply separately for each sports category. Betting rules for cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports are available in the relevant sections.
6.4 Live Casino and Slots
The outcomes of live dealer games and slot machines are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game has its own paytable and rules — these should be read before starting to play.
6.5 Maximum Win Limit
A limit may apply to the maximum withdrawable winnings from a single bet or session, which will be stated in the bonus terms or on the specific game page. Winnings beyond this limit may be forfeited.
VIP Program
The 10ok VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Tier upgrades are evaluated automatically based on the user's gaming activity and contributions.

7.1 VIP Tier Changes
A user's VIP tier may move up or down based on their activity. 10ok will notify the user when their tier changes. If there is insufficient activity over a given period, the tier may be reduced.

In addition to cashback, VIP members may receive priority customer support, early access to special promotions and higher withdrawal limits. The specific benefits vary by tier and are subject to change.
7.3 VIP Benefit Validity
Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited on a specific day each week. Expired or unused VIP rewards cannot be carried over to the next period.
Prohibited Activities
8.1 Fraud and Manipulation
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity
- Using stolen payment cards or accounts
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs in a game to gain an unfair advantage
8.2 Bonus Abuse
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
- Applying risk-free betting strategies using bonus funds
- Creating artificial betting patterns to meet bonus conditions
8.3 Automation & Bots
- Using automated betting software or bots
- Any technical method to automate gameplay
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's servers
8.4 Collusion
Colluding with other players in live poker or other multiplayer games is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

12.2 Right to Close Accounts
10ok reserves the right to close or suspend accounts without notice in the following circumstances:

- Direction from a legal or regulatory authority

12.4 Severability
